I’ve been coming here for years. I love it because I love the staff. I love everybody at the front desk, the doctors, the people, the, you know, the assistants.
Over the years, yeah, and it’s been quite a few years, that I’ve met some really great people here and it’s helped me out a lot. And I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life, so I’ve had everything done and they’ve done a wonderful job. You know, and they have, you know, the techniques and things that I’ve had so much dental work done that I’ve seen it all, basically.
And, you know, it’s, there’s no pain and you’re always asked if you’re in pain, you know, let us know. You know, and I get my cleanings here twice a year, which, knowing what I know is that dental health is a really important part of your life that, you know, you got to keep it right. I appreciate these guys so much.
If I have any problems, if I call up and say, hey, for instance, Dr. Moss III, I called him up two days before Christmas last year. I was frying a turkey. So I got done frying the turkey and I pulled it out and we were just taking little pieces off of it, but I got a bone and didn’t know it.
I broke my front tooth. So I called him up and within an hour, this was the 23rd of December, within an hour, I was in the chair and he was, and he was getting me fixed up. That’s, that’s what you get.
I always appreciate that more than you’ll ever know. It’s just been wonderful. It’s good to have that.

One of the major experiences that I have had at the Morse Dental Office is having Invisalign. Now my son had braces as a child, so thinking or trying to compare that with Invisalign, it’s like braces are torture, Invisalign is easy. When I met Dr. Morse III and told me that it would take six months for this to take effect, it was exactly six months.
The problem with me, what he told, I guess what he tells everybody is that you should have these in for 20 hours, at about a 24-hour day. But he said, most people won’t do it. But because of the type of person I am, I did it.
And the Invisalign went without any flaws. It was a perfect situation. The first visit that I had with Dr. Morse Jr., the father, he had mentioned and he said, you know, you have a lot of crowns in here that are very old and we’re going to have to be changing them out after a while.
And it’s true, I had crowns in there 20, 30, 40 years. What we ended up doing is we did the Invisalign and then we did the replacement of the crowns. And again, flawless.
You can see the smile. But they’re really an excellent group. I’ve had dental care my entire life and coming here gives me even more confidence as I go into my later years.
You know, you want to have your teeth. You want to have being able to eat. There are so many things that bad teeth impact and good teeth make a better life, a better place to be.

My oral health has been an issue for many, many years. I had multiple procedures done and caps, and when I came here five or six years ago, many of my caps were older and in need of repair, and I was comfortable with them replacing all of them, as well as doing some cosmetic work in the front. They did an excellent job, and of course, quality of life is a serious issue with dental issues, and they’ve made me feel comfortable and healthy.
I came to the MOS practice with a lot of older crowns and some oral situations that were not healthy. They did all of the work, replaced the crowns, and when indicated, referred me to other professionals which are on the same level as they are, and that’s significant when your referrals are just as good as you are, and it’s important. I did have some discomfort, and those issues were addressed, and again, the caps and crowns were old and probably old school and were in need of replacement, and I was comfortable having them do every single one of them, which was numerous, as well as cosmetic work in the front.
I was feeling that the lower front teeth were unattractive, and I did not know whether there was something that could be done to improve that look. He explained to me that there was, that he could do veneers, which I was not familiar with, and the temporaries blew me away, so you can imagine how I felt about the permanents. It was very interesting to speak to both of them, but I dealt mostly with Junior.
He answered every question, and the other impressive thing about him is his knowledge is not narrowed to dentistry. He knows the impact of what he’s doing for the rest of your body and health, which is significant, extremely significant.

When I first started coming, I had the lead fillers and I think those were past their life or there were updates that are type of fillers to have and so we went through that process and it was effortless and I was glad that the lead fillers were removed and the others look just like your teeth and so and they’re just as sturdy and support that you need so and like I said it was effortless, no pain. I know there’s a lot of fear of those when they think about going to the dentist but never had any pain to me or coming into this practice. That’s great.

I originally came to him because the VA recommended that I get the sleep appliance and since he does the VA, I said well I’m just looking for all my dental needs. I’m a truck driver and since I put on some weight they said that I need to get sleep apnea tested, so I did the sleep study, and the VA said that I had very slight sleep apnea and I could try to cure it with the mouth guard which we went ahead and got, so I’ve been seeing him now for almost a year because we originally did the mouth guard but for some reason my jaw clenched up. Don’t know why, couldn’t figure out why, so we had to restart all over again. When I first came in they took, I guess it’d be x-rays, with the machine to see what kind of sizing you need to be and all that and they sent away and got the mouth guard. Once we got the mouth guard it started out like a zero so it’s just like, I guess you’d call it, like, just having a plain mouth guard in. Then as you go, time goes on, you advance the mouth guard, the bottom piece, you keep advancing it, actually no, it’s the top piece, I’m sorry. You advance it and it pushes your jaw out and it does work. You can feel it, you got to do some exercises after it to help your jaw relax, and then you have another mouth piece that you put in to help reset you when realign your jaw.

They had some flyers and stuff around the office and you know I’d see him when I come in and I believe I did ask about ‘em and, uh, and he said man you’d be a good candidate for ‘em because you know my teeth, uh, my bottom, uh, set of teeth weren’t, they could use a little straightening. So, he said, it’s money well spent, he said, and once you get there and you maintain it, he said you’re, you’re good, you know, and I do, uh every night. So, um, and that, that was a great choice in my, you know, from them to recommend and for me to, to do it was great. When you’re just maintaining you don’t, you only wear them at night but when I first started, uh, I had to wear them, you know, at work I had to take them out when you’re eating, uh, at your desk or whatever and I’m like, damn, you know, it was, so it was a lot of messing around but, um, you know, once you got through a set then you have another one and it just, it kept getting you to the point to where you know that your, your teeth were just very straightened and it was amazing, really, uh how, how easy it was. As long as you kept up with the retainers and changing them out when you had to change them out it was, it was super easy. I love my smile now, I definitely do. My teeth, I’m proud of my teeth because I see a lot of, again, I see a lot of people that, you know, they don’t want to smile because their teeth aren’t in great shape, you know, they haven’t taken the time to get them taken care of and it just means the world and, and I think people notice that, you know, when, you know, when you smile and, and your teeth look nice, you know, and I’ve had people say wow your teeth look great so even though you’re an old man your teeth look good.

We have been coming here for about 10, 11 years now, and we love coming because we can all come at the same time. I’ve got four kids, and they love Dr. Moss, and they just make it so easy. Dr. Moss Jr. is just, he’s kind of goofy and silly and just puts the kids at ease, and they know that when he comes in, they’re gonna be smiling and happy.
Bennett, my oldest, drew like a picture for him last time, and Dr. Moss was really excited about it and showed everybody, and he has like a genuine, caring soul to him. I think my kids have a better understanding of taking care of their teeth. They know that it’s very important to take care of them because those are the teeth that they’re gonna have for their life.
They actually sat down, and Dr. Moss has like a nice song that he does, and they do it at home, so they know exactly how long they’re supposed to be brushing their teeth. They’re supposed to be doing it twice a day. They actually get excited, say, oh, well, Dr. Moss told us we have to brush our teeth after breakfast, and they’ll go running off and brush their teeth, so they definitely have a better understanding of oral care because of them.
One of my little boys has had a few cavities, and Dr. Moss has given him Mr. Pillow, you know, to give him the medicine, and he has not been afraid or anything. He actually, after he had his first cavity, when I was getting my teeth cleaned, he came in and held my hand, and it’s okay, Mom, like, it’s gonna be all right. Just, you know, he’s fully comfortable with the whole health procedure, with everything.
When I talk to my girlfriends about their experiences with their dentist, I always say you have to come to Dr. Moss. My kids just enjoy coming to the dentist, which I think is a true testament to how good they do with their practice.

Our first visit, which was probably about five or six years ago, Dr. Morse spent at least 45 minutes to an hour getting our background. It was as though we were in a family living room, that you felt part of the family, and it’s been that way ever since. I think the major factor that separates this firm, this dental office from any other, is the compassion, the empathy.
They feel that they’re part of the solution, not part of the problem. I always look forward to coming into this office, because whether it’s Kelly, whether it’s Emily, they always have a smile on their faces, and they make a situation, although growing up as a child, I was never afraid of the dental office, whereas some people are, but the staff makes it so much easier. They are just so friendly, outgoing, and they’re a gem.
If it was a rating above 10, I would give it to them. As I say, not only do they care about the patient, they care about the outcome, and the outcome, you know, everybody is not perfect, and we know that, but in the event that there is a problem, they take care of it right away. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts.
They are proud of the work that they do, and I am proud to come to this office and accept that.

It all started with, you know, the first doing the mouth guard thing went so well. I enjoyed everybody that was here. Plus, like I said, he does the VA, and since I’m a vet, I also work out strong with anybody that takes care of the vet.
So I said, well, I’ll go to him for all my dental needs. And he went and did some, a bunch of my fillings were real old from when I was, believe it or not, they were like 30 years old. And he’s like, hey, you might want to replace these.
And I’d gone to a dentist before that who tried and I ended up having a couple of teeth taken out and I wasn’t happy with it. It hurt and everything. So he says, it’s not going to hurt.
And he was right. It didn’t. So I had him fix those and I had him put in some implants.
So now I actually got all my teeth again. And he told me it wouldn’t hurt for the dental, as far as getting the fillings done and stuff. He was right.
And the whole time that they do it, if anything does hurt, they’ll stop and they’ll try to do something different to try to make it less painful. And that’s very nice because I don’t really want to throw any other people under the bus, but there was one that I did went to him before and that’s why I ended up having some teeth pulled out because they went ahead to fix my fillings and they actually cracked my teeth. And they said, oh, we can cap that.
They put a cap on it and it got infected. So I had to get the teeth amped out. So that was a very unpleasant experience.
And then that’s when I came to him for the mouth guard. And that’s when I said I liked him. And now I just, I enjoyed what he did and everything he’s done so far.
It’s been very good and they took really good care of me.

Coming to this office is more of a comforting feeling rather than being any apprehension because you’re met immediately by people that are warm and friendly and caring. And from my experience, the staff are all professional and make you feel welcome. The comfort level starts as soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by your first name, they know you, you know, they know who you are and there’s conversation going on.
And then once you get into the chair, that continues as well as juniors techniques. They’re wonderful. As a retired healthcare professional, it was very important for me to find a place that I agreed with their standards and their procedures and they’ve met and exceeded my expectations.
Morse Family Dentistry is a step above other dentists that we’ve been through over the years and because of my age, there have been many. The staff, the comfort level, the professionalism, the expertise is all part of the fact of where you go. Have recommended them numerous times to people in our development.
Comfortably recommended them, which is not always something that you can be sure of, but for this office, absolutely. Comfortably recommend them.

Before Invisalign, I felt my smile was not as good as it could be. And then after going and taking a look at the process to what Invisalign would do for you, it was something that I thought was important and I’m glad I did it because now it’s, I would say, it’s at least 100% different for the better. I think it was things that I read about it, about Invisalign and prior to Invisalign, there was individuals that wore braces and you saw how straight the teeth were and it kind of accents the smile.
So now that Invisalign was current day braces and could straighten your teeth that way, I thought that would pay big dividends by having it done and which I think it has. And I kind of look forward to putting in the liners each evening. So it’s become a habit.
And making a decision about that, I like making informed decisions that when you have the information and you can discern what’s important and what the benefits would be by having that type of information, it helps you make an informed decision. And I think when you’re focused on hygiene and oral hygiene health, it really makes sense or made sense. After having the work done, I feel that the smile is 100% better.

When I was in the military years ago, I had dental work done. It probably wasn’t the best in the world. And a lot of fillings and some crowns and things that they needed work.
And I could feel it, I could tell, you know, because my teeth weren’t comfortable. So we started working on that stuff, you know, eventually, you know, your, your crowns, they start not looking great. And, you know, we kind of went one by one and restored everything, you know, and, and, you know, made them look nice and white and, and aligned well.
And, you know, eventually we got them all done. It wasn’t like you know, I had rotten teeth or anything like that, but they needed some work. And we just kept going at it until we got it done.
If you need a new crown, you know, they take the old crown off and, you know, they’ll put the temporary on. And, you know, I’ve had temporaries, many of them, sometimes they’ll come off and you just have to push them back on or put a little bit of a little glue stuff on there. So they stay, but it’s dependent on whether you have a root canal or not.
And I would say most of the ones that I share of them, ones, the ones I’ve had restored were, I already had root canals. So, you know, there’s no pain. The process of, you know, taking the crown off and prepping the post and stuff like that.
It’s pretty neat actually. And they’re so good at it. And, you know, when, when you get done, when you get done and they put that new crown on there, it’s like going out to your new car.
It looks great. And it’s, it’s, it’s money well spent without a doubt.
I’ve been coming here for years. I love it because I love the staff. I love everybody at the front desk, the doctors, the people, the, you know, the assistants.
